Who You Are

You are an experienced Technical Lead Fullstack Developer with solid hands-on expertise in Java and modern frontend frameworks. You are passionate about building high-quality digital products, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving technical excellence. You take ownership, communicate effectively, and enjoy working in Agile environments.

Core Responsibilities
  • Develop, enhance, and maintain full-stack applications using Java and React / Angular / Vue.
  • Participate in architecture and design discussions, contributing with scalable, maintainable solutions.
  • Work closely with Product Owners, QA, UX, and distributed engineering teams.
  • Write clean, testable, and reusable code following MAS Global engineering standards.
  • Support troubleshooting, performance optimization, and debugging across the stack.
  • Engage in code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and DevOps processes.
  • Provide guidance or mentorship to junior developers when needed.

Required Skills
Must Have:
  • 8+ years of experience as a Technical Lead Full Stack Developer
  • Java (backend development: APIs, microservices, enterprise systems)
  • Strong frontend experience with React, Angular, or Vue 
Nice to Have:
  • .NET / C#
  • JavaScript / TypeScript
  • Experience with cloud services, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
